There are many innovative and interesting projects developed by universities around the world where they take advantage of the advent of communication 2.0 and social networks in the teaching-learning processes, through the development of digital products available to the world, as well as the opening of spaces where this multimedia content can be shared. During 2020, the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT) launched a project called Moxie, which consists of students of different courses, careers and levels preparing content through a scientific essay, an audiovisual piece related and an illustrative image on a current topic, to be shared on digital media. The main objective of this study is to determine the perception of ULACIT students about the application of the Moxie Project as a tool in the teaching-learning process. As a main conclusion, this project has had a quite interesting evolution in its initial implementation period, which denotes certain drawbacks that have been overcome as the tool has been applied over time. Es innegable la importancia que reviste hoy en día, la conjunción que existe entre el uso y aplicación de la tecnología y la digitalización en el campo educativo. Existen muchos proyectos novedosos e interesantes desarrollados por universidades alrededor del mundo, los cuales se aprovechan el advenimiento de la comunicación 2.0 y redes sociales en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Es interesante ver como estos proyectos desarrollan la elaboración de productos digitales disponibles para el mundo, así como la apertura de espacios donde se puede compartir este contenido multimedia. Durante el año 2020, la Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT) ha puesto en marcha un proyecto denominado Moxie, el cual consiste en que los estudiantes de diferentes cursos, carreras y niveles elaboren contenido por medio de un ensayo científico, una pieza audiovisual relacionada y una imagen ilustrativa sobre un tema de actualidad, para ser compartido en medios digitales. El objetivo principal del presente estudio es poder determinar la percepción de los estudiantes de ULACIT sobre la aplicación del Proyecto Moxie como herramienta del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje.
